Sparkling Pink

A fruity, clean, fresh sparkling that can be drunk now, or kept for 2 to 3 years. Reminiscent of rose petals on the nose.

2006 Edgehill Unwooded Chardonnay

Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay. A lovely mature chardonnay. Smooth and ready to drink now.

2005 Semillon

Light and crisp style. Very citrusy and plenty of clean acid.Drink now.

2005 White Pinot

A lightly coloured pink wine made by limiting skin contact. Lovely floral nose and palate.Refreshing wine for a warm sunny day. Drink now.

2006 White Cabernet

Another lovely pink wine and very interesting to compare with the pinot. Drink now.

2001 Cornelia Creek Shiraz

Grown at new plantings at Koyuga near Echuca by Lu Dumar. Shows rich shiraz characters mingled with new french and american oak. Drink now or over the next 5 years.

2001 Strathbogie Shiraz

A big and powerful shiraz from the Strathbogie Ranges. Lots of fruit and pepper combined with new oak. Long length of palate .Drink now or cellar for 5 years or more.

2003 Cornelia Ck Merlot

Showing good tannin structure and astringency. Delightful to drink now or over the next few years

2003 Cornelia Creek Shiraz

An absolutely huge shiraz. Given 4 and a half stars by James Halliday, Drink now or better still lose it in the cellar for a few years.

2003 Beckingham Reserve Shiraz

Grown in the Sunbury district. It is well balanced and smooth. Excellent to be drinking now.

2005 Cornelia Ck Merlot

Showing good tannin structure and astringency. More merlot fruit prominent than the 2003

2005 Cornelia Creek Fortified Shiraz

An absolutely huge shiraz. (Formerly called vintage port). Aged in brand new oak for 2 years. A dry style of port.  Drink now or better still lose it in the cellar for a few years.

Chardonnay Liqueur

Another sweet fortified wine made this time from chardonnay pressings and matured in oak to give complexity. Delicious and creamy.Definitely for someone with a sweet tooth

Chilli Wine

Made from capsicums honey,sugar and chillis. Slightly sweet with a nice warm chilli glow down the back of the throat. It has to be tasted to be believed

Cooking Bubbly

A not very serious sparkling designed to make sparkling wine bread. The recipe is on the label

1999 Pas de Deux Sparkling

Kept on lees for seven years. A fruity,clean, fresh sparkling that can be drunk now, or kept for 2-3 years. Palate is very full and round.

1999 Strathbogie cabernet

An excellent cool climate cabernet showing cherries and raspberries on the nose with vanilla overtones from new french oak barriques. Drink now.

A big and powerful shiraz from the cool highlands of the Strathbogie Ranges. Lots of fruit and pepper combined with new french and american oak. Drink now.
